The honest summary: we keep your email, your pet's photo and the text of your message. We use them to make your video and send it to you. We don't sell them, we don't hand them to anyone who isn't needed to make the video, and we delete the photo after 30 days.

We're based in Spain and sell to customers in the United States, so your data is processed outside the US.
What we collect and why

We don't profile you, we don't make automated decisions about you, and we don't use your data for advertising.
How long we keep it
- The photo: 30 days after delivery, then it's deleted. We keep it that long in case the video needs remaking.
- The video: 30 days available to download.
- Billing records: kept for as long as tax rules require.
The deletion is done by a job that runs every day, not by hand.

Your choices
Whatever state you live in, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to administrador@levelupagencies.com and we'll answer within 30 days.
We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. We don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising either. If you're in California, that means there's nothing for you to opt out of — but you still have the right to know, to delete, and not to be treated differently for asking.
Cookies
This site uses no cookies. No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising. That's why you'll never see a banner asking permission. When you click to pay, you're taken to Stripe's page, which does use technical cookies to process the payment securely — that happens on their domain, under their policy.
Children
This isn't a service for children. We don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us data, write to us and we'll delete it.
