Terms of sale

These terms cover video purchases on this site. The seller is José Miguel Arroyo Castilleja, a sole trader based in Seville, Spain, reachable at administrador@levelupagencies.com. We sell to customers in the United States from Spain, so your video is produced and delivered from outside the US.
What you're buying
A custom digital video generated with AI from the photo you upload and the text you choose. It's delivered by email. Nothing ships.

Prices are in US dollars. Any sales tax is calculated at checkout. Lengths are approximate.
How buying works
- You upload the photo and fill in the video details.
- You pick a package and go to checkout.
- You pay through Stripe's secure checkout.
- You get a confirmation email, and a second one with the download link when the video is ready.
When it arrives
We start producing as soon as payment clears. Typical times are about 25 minutes for Hello, about 50 for Greeting, and up to about an hour and a quarter for The Big One. If it ever took longer than 24 hours, you can ask for a full refund without explaining anything.
Payment
Credit and debit cards, plus whatever methods Stripe offers at the time. Payments are processed by Stripe: your card details never touch our systems.
What you can upload
Only photos you have the rights to. No images of identifiable people without their consent, and nothing illegal, violent or sexual. If we spot a photo like that we cancel the order and refund you.
What we don't promise
The video is an animated interpretation of your photo, not an exact reproduction of your pet. It's an entertainment product. If you're not happy with it, the refund guarantee on the refunds page applies.
Receipts
Stripe emails you a receipt automatically. If you need an invoice with company details, email us with your order number.
Complaints
Email administrador@levelupagencies.com and we'll answer. Because the seller is established in Spain, Spanish law governs the contract; that doesn't take away any right you have as a consumer where you live.
